Although CommBattle Deathmatch is a package of ultimate fun even as a Beta edition, we see a huge opportunity for improvements and future development of the game. Our ultimate target is to build a strong community around CommBattle games, which will require constant progress and development as well as satisfying various types of requests from actual players.
Currently, we are working on the following new features and components (most of them will be included into a CommBattle Deathmatch Release, while others will be moved to R2 and further releases):
Chat support which will cover in-battle chat and then a general chat which might occur between the battles
More powerful bots as well as bots which could be "hired" by players
Implementation of weapons and artifacts which will use a variety of damage types as well as combined damages and new effects
Player inter-rankings, public statistics and the lists of Top Players
CommBattle Team: a game play which supports teams of players; first, offering them the means to coordinate their battles and actions, and then offering new types of game play (such as the "capture the flag" or "escort")
Localization of CommBattle and local support for a number of local Asian markets, such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean as well as for some European markets
Non-stopping building of community around CommBattle games, which includes listening to the constant feedback and recommendations from active players. Our main goal is to build an ultimate game, most of which will be balanced and literally designed by the players themselves.
